Job Description
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Electrical / Power Electronics
Experience: 5–7 years (Min. 3 years in leadership – Resistor Design/R&D)
Role Summary
Lead design and development of resistor products, drive new product development (NPD), ensure compliance with standards, and support cost optimization and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Design & develop resistor products (wire wound, thick film, metal film, power resistors)
Manage end-to-end NPD lifecycle (concept to production)
Perform design validation (thermal, load, reliability testing)
Handle customer & vendor technical discussions and RFQs
Drive cost optimization and value engineering
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for product industrialization
Ensure documentation, IEC, ISO, RoHS/REACH compliance
Lead and mentor Design & R&D team
