JOB DESCRIPTION – ELECTRICIAN SITE ENGINEER

Location: Manjari / Hadapsar, Pune

Experience: Freshers or Experienced both are welcome

Department: Project / Installation

Industry: Ducting, Blower Systems, Industrial Ventilation

1. Position Overview

The Electrician Site Engineer will be responsible for handling electrical installation, testing,

troubleshooting, and commissioning of blower systems, VFD panels, ducting-related electrical work, and

site coordination. The role requires strong technical knowledge and hands-on site experience.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Electrical Installation & Commissioning

• Install and connect blowers, motors, VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) panels, control wiring, and

safety devices.

• Perform wiring, termination, cable routing, and panel mounting as per electrical drawings.

• Conduct testing and commissioning of electrical systems.

B. Technical Skills & Knowledge

• Good understanding of Blowers, Motors, VFD Programming & Settings.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, SLD, and wiring diagrams.

• Knowledge of earthing, DB installation, cabling, and industrial electrical safety.

C. Site Execution & Coordination

• Manage daily site electrical work and coordinate with client engineers / contractors.

• Ensure timely installation and completion of electrical tasks.

• Prepare site reports, material requirements, and progress updates.

D. Troubleshooting & Maintenance

• Diagnose faults in blower motors, VFDs, wiring, and control systems.

• Provide quick and effective on-site solutions.

3. Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in industrial installation or electrical site work

• Experience with blowers, motors, VFDs, industrial panels is mandatory.4. Preferred Skills

• Ability to work independently at site

• Good communication and reporting skills

• Knowledge of safety standards

• Ability to read both electrical & basic mechanical drawings
