Job Description

  • Team Management: Supervise, train, mentor, and motivate electricians and technicians, assigning tasks and managing work schedules. 
  • Project Oversight: Plan and organize electrical projects, review blueprints, and ensure work aligns with specifications, budgets, and deadlines. 
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to all electrical codes (like the NEC) and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments and inspections. 
  • Technical Guidance: Provide expert support, troubleshoot complex issues, and assist with installations, repairs, and system designs. 
  • Quality Control: Inspect completed work to guarantee high quality and adherence to standards. 
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain records, manage inventory, prepare reports, and handle timesheets and budgets. 
  • Coordination: Liaise with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
