Job Title: Electrical Technician – Assembly & Packing

Job Summary :- The Electrical Technician for Assembly & Packing is responsible for supporting production operations by assembling electrical components, conducting basic wiring tasks, and ensuring machines used in packing and assembly run smoothly. This role focuses on hands-on assembly line support, equipment setup, minor electrical troubleshooting, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

• Key Responsibilities :-
• Assemble electrical components and parts according to production specifications and drawings.
• Assist in wiring, fitting, and testing simple electrical assemblies before packing.
• Operate and monitor assembly and packing equipment to ensure smooth workflow.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of electrical issues in assembly or packing machines.
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality and proper functioning.
• Prepare finished electrical assemblies for packing, labeling, and dispatch.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations in assembly and packing areas.
• Follow safety procedures and adhere to company quality standards.
• Report defects, equipment malfunctions, or material shortages to supervisors.
• Support continuous improvement activities to enhance production efficiency.
• QualificationsDiploma/Certification in Electrical Technology or related vocational field.
• Basic knowledge of electrical components, wiring, and safety practices.
• Experience in assembly line or packing operations (preferred but not required).
• Ability to read simple technical drawings or wiring diagrams.
• Good hand–eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Skills & CompetenciesBasic electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with assembly tools, small hand tools, and testing devices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
