Electronics Hardware Assembly Trainer

Job Responsibilities

Train students in Electronic Hardware Assembly techniques

• Teach PCB assembly, soldering, and component identification

• Guide students on reading circuit diagrams and technical drawings

• Demonstrate electronic component installation and wiring

• Conduct practical lab sessions and hands-on training

• Teach testing and troubleshooting of electronic hardware

• Maintain lab equipment and training tools

• Ensure safety procedures and proper work practices in the lab

• Train students on soft skills, work ethics, and employability skills

• Assess students through practical tests and assignments

Required Skills

Diploma / ITI / Degree in Electronics / Electrical / E&TC

• Knowledge of PCB assembly and soldering techniques

• Understanding of basic electronics components and circuits

• Ability to teach hardware testing and troubleshooting

• Good communication and training skills
