Within this critical area, the "Customer Journey Solutions" team is central to shaping its future. We make a significant contribution to the target architecture by driving a common platform, fostering growth initiatives, and optimizing processes. Our key initiatives include the operation and development of the dbCORE low-code platform for process design, creating online product sales and self-service offerings for all channels, building a dedicated product sales and service shop for easy integration, and delivering PB-wide Ident & Sign solutions.
As a QA Engineer, you will plan and execute a full set of test activities for applications. You will contribute to overall product quality through hands-on functional testing, test automation, defect identification, and seamless collaboration within cross‑functional agile teams.
Your role involves continuously improving test assets, participating in engineering best practices, and supporting the effectiveness of the Scrum team through active engagement with Developers, QA Engineers, Product Owners, and the Scrum Master.

Your key responsibilities

Manual & Functional Testing
- Plan and execute a full set of application testing activities related to the Investment Proposition domain.
- Conduct test analysis, test case creation, test execution, defect analysis, and organize complete test cycles.
Automation Development
- Plan and implement full test automation activities including unit, integration, and UI test automation.
- Create, maintain, and execute automated test suites.
- Contribute to developing and extending in house test automation tools and test frameworks.
Collaboration & Agile Delivery
- Work collaboratively within Feature (Scrum) teams alongside Dev/QA engineers, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters.
- Contribute to building and maintaining high quality features through proactive communication and agile practices.
Quality Engineering
- Apply strong knowledge of test case design, documentation standards, and usage of test management tools such as HP ALM.
- Perform Web Application testing with Selenium + Java.
- Leverage understanding of requirements engineering for large scale IT solutions.

Your skills and experience

Technical Skills
- Strong hands on experience in Web Application testing using Selenium with Java.
- Experience designing and executing automated tests (unit, integration, UI).
- Knowledge and practical experience with HP ALM or similar test management platforms.
- Understanding of requirements engineering for large scale IT solutions.
- Ability to work with modern QA tools, frameworks, and structured documentation.
Soft Skills
- Advanced analytical and communication skills.
- Strong independence and initiative when operating in agile delivery teams.
- Ability to adapt and learn continuously in a rapidly evolving technology environment.
