Engineering Manager ( System )

Key Roles & Responsibilities –

Lead system architecture and integration across hardware, firmware, PCBA, and mechanical subsystems.

Oversee design of Embedded Systems hardware (sensors, actuators, motion-control, test modules).

Guide microcontroller/FPGA-based firmware development and system bring-up.

Manage PCBA design reviews, DFM/DFT, and NPI readiness.

Support enclosure/mechanical integration and overall system packaging.

Act as technical customer interface, gather requirements and resolve engineering issues.

Drive engineering execution, task prioritization, and full project ownership.

Take full ownership of system delivery—from concept through production handoff. Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and technical standards
