Job Description
Training Duration: 1 Year
We are looking for an Engineer Trainee (Mechanical, Production, Automobile) for CNC machining operations, inspection, and quality control activities. The trainee will receive hands-on training on CNC machines, inspection instruments, and quality procedures under the guidance of experienced supervisors.
Key Responsibilities:Assist in CNC machine operation (Turning / Milling as applicable)
- Learn CNC program loading, tool setting, and basic offsets
- Perform dimensional inspection using vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, etc.
- Follow inspection plans, drawings, and quality standards
- Maintain production and inspection records
- Adhere to safety, quality, and shop-floor discipline
- Support quality checks and rejection analysis
Eligibility:Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical / Production / Automobile or related field
- Basic knowledge of machining and engineering drawings will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to learn CNC operations and quality processes
Training & Certification:Training Certificate will be provided after successful completion of 1 year training period
- CNC Certificate will be provided after completing the external CNC examination
