Project Role Description : Lead the development of complex solutions across multi-tower and/or multi- service transformational opportunities. Architect end-to-end integrated solutions leveraging the best mix of offerings, assets, and capabilities to maximize value for the client and Accenture. Ensure alignment of solution to client’s organization goals.

Summary:
As an Enterprise Solution Architect, a typical day involves leading the design and development of sophisticated solutions that span multiple service areas and business units. This role requires orchestrating the integration of various components and capabilities to create cohesive and effective solutions that align with the strategic objectives of the client organization. The position demands continuous collaboration with diverse teams to ensure that the solutions deliver maximum value and support transformational initiatives. The architect plays a pivotal role in steering complex projects from conception through implementation, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment with business goals.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance solution design and delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5.
- Strong expertise in solution architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing end-to-end integrated solutions across multiple domains.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive solution adoption and success.
- Familiarity with enterprise transformation initiatives and multi-service delivery models.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
