Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and communication of architectural strategies that support business objectives.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of technology initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based contact center solutions and their integration within enterprise environments.
- Ability to design scalable and secure architectures that meet business and technical requirements.
- Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing cloud communication platforms.
- Familiarity with best practices in system design, deployment, and maintenance within cloud ecosystems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Amazon Connect.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
