We’re Hiring: Environmental Project Executive / CSR Field Coordinator

Location: Navi Peth, Pune, Maharashtra

Worship Earth Foundation is looking for a dedicated B.Sc. Environment / Agriculture/Horticulture/ Forestry Science graduates and any graduation degree related to environment to join our team and work on impactful CSR and sustainability projects across Pune and nearby rural areas.

Position Details

Role: Environmental Project Executive / CSR Field Coordinator

Type: Full-Time / Internship

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Field Operations

• Conduct environmental surveys (baseline & impact studies)

• Implement tree plantation and climate awareness programs

• Monitor clean energy / improved chulha distribution projects

• Support waste management awareness and ground-level implementation

• Mobilize communities in rural and tribal areas

• Collect field data for CSR reporting

Project Coordination

• Assist in planning and executing CSR-funded projects

• Coordinate with Gram Panchayats, local authorities, and stakeholders

• Maintain beneficiary records and project documentation

• Ensure projects are implemented within timelines

• Conduct periodic field visits and monitoring

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare project reports, case studies, and impact assessments

• Maintain Excel-based data sheets

• Create presentations for donors and CSR partners

• Support proposal drafting and documentation

Key Performance Indicators

✔ Number of field visits per month

✔ Timely project implementation

✔ Accuracy in documentation & reporting

✔ Community participation levels

✔ Successful awareness campaigns

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of environmental sustainability

• Field survey and data collection skills

• Basic report writing ability

• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Communication in Marathi & Hindi

• Ability to work independently in rural areas

Eligibility

• B.Sc. Environment / Environmental Science/ B.Sc. (Agri), (Horti.), (Forestry)

• Freshers can apply (field experience preferred)

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Pune
