Position: Environmental Project Executive / CSR Field Coordinator

Qualification: B.Sc. Environment / Environmental Science

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Type: Full-Time / Internship

Position Overview:

Worship Earth Foundation is seeking passionate and dedicated BSc Environment graduates to support and implement environmental sustainability and CSR-based development projects across Pune and nearby rural areas.

The selected candidate will work directly on field execution, project coordination, reporting, and community engagement activities.

• Key Roles & Responsibilities
• A. Field Operations Conduct environmental surveys (baseline & impact studies)
• Implement tree plantation & climate awareness programs
• Monitor clean energy / improved chulha distribution projects
• Waste management awareness & ground-level execution
• Community mobilization in rural & tribal areas
• Collect on-ground data for CSR reporting
• B. Project CoordinationAssist in planning and executing CSR-funded projects
• Coordinate with local authorities, Gram Panchayat & stakeholders
• Maintain beneficiary records & project documentation
• Ensure project timelines are met
• Conduct periodic site visits & monitoring
• C. Documentation & ReportingPrepare project reports, case studies & impact analysis
• Maintain Excel-based data sheets
• Create presentations (PPT) for donors & CSR partners
• Support proposal drafting & documentation

• Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of environmental sustainability
• Field survey & data collection skills
• Basic report writing ability
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Communication skills (Hindi/Marathi mandatory)
• Ability to work independently in rural areas

B.Sc. Environment / Environmental Science

Freshers can apply (Field experience preferred)

Must be based in or willing to relocate to Pune

Compensation & Benefits Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on experience & performance)
