Eplan Engineer Design [ PLC & Robot ]

1.     To attend initiation meetings.

2.     All electrical inputs required to start preparation of CBO, will be clear in initiation meeting (use check sheet).

3.     Review BOM & Design / update drawing with respect to project before dispatch.

4.     Cell layout, duct layout, all points of electrical clear in DAP.

5.     Collaborate with other dept. (mech /purchase).

6.     Inter departmental meetings (PLC & Robot).

7.     Cost Reduction to Achieve Marketing Allocated Budget

8.     Train man power

9.     Assign Daily Duties to Electricians.

10.  Material Follow up of Running Projects.

11.  Dispatch Activities of Projects.

12.  Site Support.

13.   Co-Ordinate with Project Leader for shop floor Readiness.

14.   Shop Floor Trial Support.

15.    Dran Machine Shop / Shop Floor Maintenance Support

16.    Preparation of Site Plan & Arrange Man Power For Site.

17.    Man Power Training And Daily Work Updating.

Ø Responsibilities:

             1. Take internal kick off meetings to convey the project.

             2.Timely release CBO as well as BOM With Accuracy to Reduce Revision

             3. Revision of any project.

             4. Personally take lead in technical work activity of team.

             5. On time readiness of design & Project Dispatch

  Following experience which is needed for this position:

 § Control panel designing

§ Experience in shutdown project

§ Costing experience

§ Contacts with supplier

§ Leadership quality

§ 3+ years experience in Automation line

§ Knowledge in PLC (Mitsubishi / Siemens) & HMI (Mitsubishi / Siemens / Wintek)

§ Knowledge in Robots
