Estimation Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, estimates, and tender documents for civil projects.
• Conduct site visits to gather data on materials, labor, and equipment required for construction.
• Analyze project requirements to create accurate cost estimates and cash flow projections.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Should be Proficient in AutoCAD, MS office including Excel, MS Project.
• Key responsibilities include development of accurate detailed project estimate, bar charts, preparing bill of quantities, BBS, verification of contractors bills as per contract terms & conditions.
