Event Manager

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, and manage events from concept to completion
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, venue partners, and internal teams
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics
• Oversee event setup, decorations, and technical arrangements
• Handle invitations, registrations, and guest coordination
• Ensure smooth execution and resolve issues on the event day
• Manage post-event feedback, reports, and documentation
• Maintain branding consistency and creative theme planning
• Collaborate with marketing team for content, promotions, and social media coverage
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards during events

• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field
• 1–3 years of event planning/coordination experience
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Good time management and problem-solving ability
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace (optional)
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Creativity, leadership, and attention to detail
