Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments

2. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls

3. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations

4. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

5. Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events

6. Provide administrative support and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

7. Develop and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital

8. Liaise with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

1. Excellent organizational and time management skills

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

3. Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools

5. Experience in a similar role or administrative support

Goals:

1. Ensure seamless support for the executive/ manager

2. Maintain efficient and organized administrative systems

3. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
