Executive Associate

• Buffer preparation for small and large-scale operations, IPQC operation of buffer and protein intermediate samples.
• CIP of chromatography systems, TFF systems and process vessels.
• SIP of TFF systems and process vessels.
• Operation of chromatography systems, TFF systems, virus inactivation vessel, DS filtration for protein purification.
• Participate in Tech-transfer and scale up of process.
• Preparation of documents related to Tech-transfer and scale up of process
• Preparation, execution & maintenance of SOP’s, BPRs, qualification documents and other facility related documents.
• Co-ordinate with QC/QA teams on day-to-day activities of production operations.
• Review of executed BPR and executed protocols.
• Plan and execute operations related to process characterization & process validation.
• Raw material and consumables inventory planning and maintenance.
• Operation, maintenance of sterile, and decontamination autoclave.
• Deviation identification and investigation assistance for the facility related deviations.
• Responsible for all SAP related transaction.
• Overall housekeeping management.
• Preparation of GMP documents like SOPs, qualification and validation protocols and other process or facility related documents for media preparation and cell culture operations.

Work Experience

One to two years experience. 

Education

Graduation in Biotechnology or Biotechnology
