Job Description

1. Preparations, area readiness and attending to various audits conducted by Internal & External Auditors.
2. Receipt of incoming raw materials, packaging materials and consumables and ensuring transfer of received material to their respective storage locations within proposed timelines as per SOP.
3. Preparation of GRNs and TO confirmations as early as possible.
4. Initiate discrepancy/vendor complaints for the discrepancies observed during receipt of material.
5. To take follow ups with Purchase, QC and QA department, external vendors to resolve and discuss vendor complaints/discrepancies and PO related problems.
6. Monitor engineering stores activities including receipt of materials, issuance of material, preparation of gate passes and overall maintenance of stores.
7. To maintain cGMP records as per SOPs and to follow cGMP practices at Warehouse.
8. To ensure the cleanliness of warehouse areas and equipment as per SOPs/ EOPs and to maintain records.
9.  Cleaning, Calibration and verification of weighing balances.
10. To monitor the temperature, relative humidity and differential pressures.
11. Operation and cleaning of pass box and de-dusting tunnels.
12. To ensure the cleanliness and neatness in warehouse areas.
13. To ensure strict compliances of EHS guidelines and to maintain safe work environment in the department.
14. To comply with the current & subsequent EHS management system, procedures, guidelines, policy, practices, requirements, and applicable legal compliances on site.
15. To make the e-log entries and SAP entries.
16. Timely completion of trainings in L2LMS system

Education

Post Graduation in Science or Chemistry
