Facilities Services-O2
Position Goals:
To achieve excellence in preventive maintenance programs (at Client Site) with highest standards and ensure energy conservation practices;
Managing M&E scope of the operations to ensure the quality and deliverables with in the stipulated time;
Assist in providing comprehensive facility, contract and procurement management for technical services to the client;
Achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements targets.
To provide administrative support to the Facility Management team.
To ensure timely and accurate completion of FM reports pertaining to assigned Facility/Buildings.
Implementation of E-fits tools.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordination the maintenance of facilities, buildings, and equipment to ensure optimum functionality, identify, assess to resolve building maintenance and usage problems.
- Assist in the upkeep and preventative maintenance of assigned facilities assist in coordinating custodial and maintenance functions.
- Oversee activities of vendor personnel, perform inspection to ensure adherence to ensure adherence to contract specifications and standards.
- Instruct subordinates in proper methods of operating systems.
- Checking UPS, DG, Chillers etc.
- Taking regular rounds throughout building & surrounding (DG, Earth pits, Shafts, UPS & HUB Room, Data Center, AHUs & PACs etc.) & report any Regularity.
- Extracting job functioning from technical team through constant supervision.
- Maintain records of work performed, use handling over & taking over of shifts for appropriate control.
- Follow up of all technical issues (Break down, Shut down Etc.) Coordinating with colleagues & seniors.
- Contact appropriate authorities & service agencies to schedule repair work & ensure timely work order completion.
- Verify all checklist & checklist values with actual values & compaction of documents as per scheduled & these must be endorsed compulsorily.
- Monitor work performed by comprehensive service agencies & verify quantity & quality.
- Implement planned preventive maintenance as per the scheduled & report any repair problem.
- Serve as liaison between facility manager and vendor staff recommend correction of deficiencies, coordinate remodelling activity, as appropriate to the circumstances.
- Help resolve disciplinary problems and keep seniors informed.
- Must co-ordinate power generation and distribution and HVAC systems scheduling.
- Bring out equipment due/overdue for AMCs and lapses in PMs Due to operational exigencies.
- Control over inventory and its timely replacement with judicious justification.
- Timely and diligent and resources conservation and continuous updates over breakdowns/shutdowns.
- Emphasis over electricity and resource conservation and adding values to the existing SOPs.
- In addition to the above mentioned duties and job functions, any other assignments given by facility manager.
- Documentation to be proper, Good hands on excel & PPT’s.
Qualifications:
You will have a Degree / Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering OR equivalent, with min 3 to 5 years of working experience in Facility Industry /Real Estate Facility Industry. For facility floor site experience will be preferred.

This will involve working closely with our vendors, coordinating with them on a variety of projects—from beginning to end. You’ll see to it that our vendors are managed accordingly, and that technical and safety audits and repairs are in sync with the projects’ timeline.
Putting best practices in place
Do you like sharing ideas to improve the work process? As our facilities engineer, you’ll contribute to the creation of engineering service delivery standards. You’ll also help in the planning, implementation and review of site-specific processes and protocols.
Teamwork should also be one of your strongest points, as you’ll work with a team to ensure that all performance targets set out in the contract are being met. To do this, you’ll develop tools that help measure the technical team’s performance on a quarterly or annual basis.
