Key Responsibilities:

Client Relations & Communication-

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and feedback.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients through clear, proactive, and timely communication.
• Share updates on facility performance, ongoing issues, and improvement plans.
• Handle escalations professionally and ensure prompt resolution.

Technical Services Management-

• Oversee daily technical operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety systems, and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out as per schedules.
• Coordinate with engineering teams and contractors for repairs, breakdowns, and inspections.
• Monitor energy consumption, system performance, and recommend improvement measures.

Soft Services Management-

• Manage housekeeping, security, landscaping, pest control, waste management, and other soft services.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, hygiene norms, and safety requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections of soft service areas and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, performance, and training for soft service teams.

Vendor & Contractor Coordination-

• Supervise vendor performance and ensure compliance with SLAs and contract terms.
• Review service reports, coordinate site visits, and resolve vendor-related issues.
• Assist in vendor evaluation, selection, and performance audits.
