Job Description
- Facility Executive Soft Services
- Supervise and manage housekeeping, cleaning, pantry, pest control, and other soft service activities at the site.
- Ensure daily deployment of manpower as per contract and site requirements.
- Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with SOPs and client expectations.
- Manage attendance, shift allocation, leave records, and discipline of site staff.
- Coordinate onboarding, training, and performance monitoring of staff
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
- Ensure statutory and compliance-related documentation is maintained at site level.
- Maintain records related to attendance, consumables, checklists, and complaints.
- Share daily/weekly reports with Facility Manager and clients as required.
