🎾 Facility Manager – Downtown Pickleball (Pune)

Downtown Pickleball is one of Pune’s fastest growing pickleball communities. With packed courts, coaching programs, tournaments, and 250+ player events — we’re building more than courts, we’re building a movement.

We’re looking for a hands-on Facility Manager who can run daily operations smoothly and grow the community experience.

🔹 What You’ll Be Responsible For

🏟 Facility Operations

• Oversee daily opening & closing of courts
• Maintain court cleanliness and playing conditions
• Manage lighting, equipment, nets, balls, paddles
• Coordinate with vendors (cleaning, fabrication, repairs)
• Ensure safety standards are maintained

👥 Community & Customer Experience

• Welcome players and ensure smooth check-ins
• Handle court bookings and schedule management
• Coordinate coaching sessions
• Support tournaments and events
• Maintain strong relationships with regular players

📊 Admin & Reporting

• Track daily bookings & revenue
• Manage staff attendance and shifts
• Maintain inventory records
• Share daily/weekly reports with management

🚀 Growth Support

• Help execute marketing activities
• Coordinate local partnerships
• Support launch events & special promotions

🔹 Who We’re Looking For

• 2+ years experience in facility management, sports management, hospitality, or operations
• Strong communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
• Responsible, disciplined & proactive
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, booking tools
• Passion for sports (pickleball knowledge is a bonus!)
