Factory Manager

We are looking for a Factory Manager who can handle day-to-day work at our toy factory.

You will run machines, manage workers, and take care of packing and dispatch.

Work Responsibilities

• Operate and look after printing machines

• Manage labour team – assign daily work and maintain discipline

• Check packaging and dispatch – make sure all orders go on time

• Keep daily report of work done

• Maintain cleanliness and safety inside factory

Requirements

• Experience in factory or production work (printing / toys preferred)

• Should know how to handle machines and labour

• Basic reading and writing in English or Hindi

• Responsible and honest person

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience)

Timing: Full-time
