About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, style-savvy Fashion Consultant to lead and grow our MotorClothes & Merchandisevertical at our premium Harley-Davidson dealership in Pune.

This is not just a retail role — it’s about curating a lifestyle. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving merchandise sales, and representing the iconic Harley-Davidson brand ethos of freedom, individuality, and authenticity.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Styling

• Deliver personalized styling consultations aligned with the Harley-Davidson lifestyle.
• Guide customers on riding gear, casual wear, limited editions, and accessories.
• Build strong relationships with H.O.G. members and premium clientele.
• Create complete “look” solutions – from helmets and jackets to boots and collectibles.

Sales & Business Growth

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly MotorClothes sales targets.
• Increase average bill value through upselling and cross-selling.
• Drive attachment sales with motorcycle purchases.
• Maintain high conversion ratios and repeat customer engagement.

Visual Merchandising

• Ensure global Harley-Davidson VM standards are implemented.
• Curate seasonal displays and campaign launches.
• Maintain premium retail aesthetics consistent with brand guidelines.

Inventory & Operations

• Manage stock levels, fast-moving SKUs, and replenishment cycles.
• Coordinate with management for new collection planning.
• Ensure accurate billing, stock audits, and shrinkage control.

Community & Events

• Support dealership rides, launches, and customer events.
• Showcase new collections during dealership gatherings.
• Build a fashion-forward identity for the dealership’s lifestyle segment.
• Ideal Candidate Profile2–5 years of experience in premium fashion, lifestyle retail, or luxury brands.
• Strong personal styling and customer engagement skills.
• Passion for motorcycles, riding culture, and lifestyle brands.
• Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi; Marathi preferred).
• Target-driven with a strong commercial mindset.
• Confident personality with strong presentation skills.
