Job Description
Handle L2 level desktop, laptop, and server issues
Windows 10/11, basic Linux (Ubuntu preferred) support
Network troubleshooting (LAN, WAN, switches, routers, Wi-Fi)
Active Directory: user creation, GPO, password policies
Hardware troubleshooting & replacement (Desktop, Laptop, AIO)
Printer, scanner, and peripheral support
Coordinate with L3 / OEM / vendors for escalations
Basic firewall & security troubleshooting (Sophos / similar – added advantage)
Documentation and ticket handling
