Job Title: B2R Field Executive

Location: Field-based (Talukas- Sangamner, Kopargaon, Walki, Narayangaon, Ahilyanagar)

Gramik is an agri-tech startup revolutionizing rural agriculture by delivering high-quality agri

inputs directly to farmers through a dual B2C and B2B model. We empower Village Level

Entrepreneurs (VLEs) to serve as the first point of contact for farmers, while also building strong

relationships with agri-retailers across the country. Our vision is to bridge the rural supply chain

gap with innovation, transparency, and scale.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Agri Input Sales Leader to spearhead our expansion

and operations in Pune and Ahilyanagar districts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

building and developing B2B retailer partnerships and driving sales in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Growth:

o Achieve sales targets for Gramik’s agri-input products (seeds, fertilizers,

pesticides, bio-products, cattle feed).

o Drive monthly and seasonal sales planning and execution at the Taluka and

district level.

o Analyze sales trends and suggest data-driven strategies for improvement.

Market Development:o Identify high-potential areas for expansion in both Pune and Ahilyanagar district

of Maharashtra.

o Develop channel partnerships with retailers, FPOs, and cooperatives.

Operations & Coordination:

o Work closely with the supply chain and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of

agri-inputs.

o Coordinate with marketing, product, and tech teams to align on field

requirements.

o Ensure regular field reporting, CRM updates, and MIS tracking.

Qualifications

 Graduate/Postgraduate in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or Rural Management.

 Strong network among farmers, retailers, and local influencers in Pune and Ahilyanagar

district of Maharashtra.

 Willingness to travel extensively across districts and remote villages.
