Field Marketing Executive

We are looking for a proactive and confident Marketing Executive to join our team at Firephoenixdev Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify business opportunities and build client relationships. You will be responsible for promoting company services, handling client interactions, following up on leads, and supporting overall marketing and sales efforts to drive business growth. A good understanding of IT products and services will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and approach potential clients to promote company services and solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Coordinate with the digital marketing and sales teams to support lead generation activities.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
• Prepare and present company profiles, proposals, and service details to clients.
• Follow up with clients on inquiries, quotations, and ongoing projects.
• Assist in planning and attending business meetings, events, or promotional activities.
• Maintain records of client communications and sales activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field.

• 1–3 years of experience as a Field Marketing Executive or in a similar client facing role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.

• Good presentation and client interaction skills.

• Basic understanding of IT services and business processes.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools.
