Job Description
- A Executive in the interior business identifies, meets with, and converts prospective clients by understanding their design needs, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts. They manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while collaborating with design teams to ensure high-quality, customized, and client-satisfied project execution.
- Assess customers’ needs and provide information and assistance on our product offering and services
- Explaining our product offerings to clients and fulfilling their requirements with the utmost professionalism
- Contact fresh leads and invite them to our experience center
- Generate online and offline leads and follow up with prospective clients
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and results, using our CRM system to track and manage leads and opportunities.
- Collaborate with other members of the sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Ensure timlely delivery of customer requirements in terms of proposals and designs.
- Negotiate and close deals with potential clients, ensuring that all terms and conditions are clearly communicated and agreed upon.
- Closely working with the production and operations team to ensure that the products are delivered on time and with our quality standards met.
