Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Site Management
- Visit 8-10 sites daily (planned route)
- Ensure full staff attendance (no shortage)
- Conduct surprise checks
Manpower Management
- Arrange relievers for absentees
- Recruit basic staff (guards, housekeeping)
- Maintain discipline, grooming & uniform
Client Coordination
- Act as SPOC for site-level issues
- Handle complaints immediately
- Maintain relationship with client representatives
Reporting
- Daily visit report (WhatsApp or app)
- Attendance mismatch reporting
- Incident reporting
Coordination
- Work closely with Admin/Payroll (attendance & salary)
- Update office on site requirements
- Documentation of ground staff
