Field Officer

Job Summary : The Gardener is responsible for maintaining the health, beauty, and safety of gardens, lawns, and landscaped areas. This role includes planting, pruning, mowing, watering, pest control, and general upkeep of outdoor spaces to ensure they are attractive and well-maintained.

• Key Responsibilities : Plant, cultivate, and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and lawns
• Mow lawns, trim hedges, and edge walkways
• Water plants and monitor soil conditions
• Prune plants and remove dead or damaged growth
• Apply fertilizers, mulch, and pest control treatments as needed
• Remove weeds and debris from garden areas
• Maintain garden tools and equipment in good working condition
• Identify plant diseases, pests, and nutrient deficiencies
• Follow safety procedures when handling tools, chemicals, and equipment
