Field Operation Executive

. Vehicle like Tata Ace, Tata Bolero, 407, Pick Up sourcing from market, cordinating with the fleet owners,

·        Ensure all vehicle, driver, and owner-related documents are up to date and readily available.

·        Coordinate with drivers/owners to collect all trip-related documents (PODs, invoices, etc.) on time.

·        Regularly update vehicle attendance, kilometres covered, and working hours in the FO app.

·        Train drivers on the usage of technology and applications such as the Driver App and FO App.

·        Handle cash collection and ensure timely submission to the designated department.

·        Maintain professional grooming standards and adhere to company guidelines.
