Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on, on-ground executor (Field Sales) in Pune to recruit and activate channel partners (tuition teachers, coaching centers, school/parent community admins) and drive webinar registrations and paid conversions. This is a fixed-term contract role (not a permanent/FTE role).


Role Details

Location: Pune (field visits) + occasional coordination at our workspace (Hybrid)

Job type: Contract / Fixed-term (3–4 months)

Experience: 3–6 years in Field Sales / Channel Sales / Partnerships (EdTech preferred)

Start: 23-March-2026

Languages: English + Hindi required; Marathi is a strong plus

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

·       Identify and onboard partners in Pune: Class 10/12 tuition teachers, coaching institutes (boards/foundation/JEE/NEET), and parent/community admins.

·       Do field outreach: visit coaching/tuitions, meet owners/center heads, build relationships, and close partner onboarding.

·       Drive partner activation weekly: ensure partners share webinar invites and follow up with their parent/student networks.

·       Coordinate 2–3 webinars/week: partner co-hosting, registrations, reminders, attendance tracking, and 48-hour follow-up conversion push (WhatsApp-first).

·       Maintain clean tracking (Google Sheets): partner → registrations → attendance → conversions; share a weekly dashboard with the Founder.


Success Metrics (What ‘Good’ Looks Like)

·       Month 1: 40 quality partners onboarded (mix of tutors/coaching/admins).

·       Monthly: ≥50% partners active (driving registrations/attendance).

·       Weekly: consistent webinar execution (2/week) with strong show-up and conversion follow-ups.

·       Clean attribution and tracking—no missing data gaps.


Must-Have Requirements

·       3–6 years experience in Field Sales / Channel Sales / Partnerships / BD (education/EdTech a strong plus).

·       Comfortable with on-ground execution in Pune: daily outreach, visits, calling, and follow-ups.

·       Strong communication and closing skills; comfortable with WhatsApp-first workflows.

·       High execution discipline: pipeline management, follow-up cadence, and tracker hygiene.

·       Bachelor’s degree in any stream.


Nice-to-Have

·       Existing network of tutors/coaching centers/education communities in Pune.

·       Experience running referral/affiliate programs or webinar/community-led acquisition.

·       Basic familiarity with metrics like registrations, attendance rate, conversions, CAC/ROAS (no heavy paid marketing required).


Not a Fit If

·       You are looking for a permanent/FTE role only (this is a 3–4 month contract).

·       You prefer strategy-only or brand-only marketing work.

·       You are not comfortable doing field visits and direct partner outreach.
