Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Job Summary:

Rapido is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Recruiter to join our team in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding delivery partners/riders through field activities and local outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field recruitment activities such as visiting hotspots, parking areas, and public places to identify potential candidates
• Source and onboard delivery partners/riders as per company requirements
• Explain company policies, incentives, and onboarding process clearly to candidates
• Assist candidates with documentation and app installation during onboarding
• Maintain daily recruitment reports and update progress to the team lead
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through local networking
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and activation

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate
• 0–2 years of experience in field recruitment, sales, or similar role preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with fieldwork and traveling within the city
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile apps
• Ability to work independently and meet targets

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in gig workforce hiring (delivery partners, drivers, etc.)
• Local area knowledge of Pune
