Job Description
Hiring for Field Recruiter's in Zomato Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify high-potential areas in Pune for onboarding delivery partners
- Conduct field surveys & onboarding camps
- Guide candidates through registration & documentation
- Explain earnings, incentives, and working model
- Meet daily/weekly onboarding targets
Salary & incentives
- Fixed Salary: ₹25,000/month
- Performance-based Variables
- Additional Incentives for high onboarding numbers
Eligibility
- Experience in onboarding / field recruitment / sales / operations preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply
- Comfortable with outdoor field work across Pune
- Two-wheeler preferred
