Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Active Sourcing: Travel to various locations (e.g., job fairs, industrial hubs) to attract candidates.
• High-Volume Hiring: Manage large-scale hiring needs, particularly for operational or field roles.
• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct on-the-spot or in-person interviews and evaluate qualifications.
• Collaboration: Partner with site managers to understand hiring needs and provide daily recruitment reports.
• Onboarding Support: Facilitate documentation, background checks, and inductions
• Salary : Explaining the nature of work and finalizing on the compensation part.
