 We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our office team. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates through various job portals such as Apna, WorkIndia, JobHai, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates from multiple job portals

Conduct initial screening and shortlist suitable profiles

Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports

Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth hiring process

Requirements:

Experience in recruitment (preferred but not mandatory)

Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements
