🔹 Role OverviewThe Field Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding Delivery Executives (Bikers) for Swiggy. The role requires active field visits, coordination with candidates, and ensuring daily hiring targets are achieved.

• 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesConduct field visits to source potential Delivery Executives (bikers) through camps, kiosks, colleges, societies, and market areas.
• Explain Swiggy job role, payout structure, benefits, and requirements to candidates.
• Perform on-spot documentation check and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain daily hiring MIS, lead tracker, and reporting to the manager.
• Build a strong local network to generate continuous candidate flow.
• Coordinate with Swiggy’s onboarding team and resolve candidate queries.
• Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets as assigned.
• 🔹 Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in field recruitment (Bikers hiring preferred).
• Good communication & persuasion skills.
• Ability to travel and conduct field recruitment activities.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
