About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our presence in the Pune industrial market. The role involves on-field sales activities, customer interaction, and business development across manufacturing and automation industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities in the Pune region through regular field visits
• Manage and grow relationships with existing industrial customers
• Identify potential customers in machine tools, SPM manufacturers, packaging, robotics, and automation sectors
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and follow-ups at customer sites
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close orders
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and after-sales support
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain accurate sales records and reports
• Gather market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field Not Mandatory but Preferable
• 1–5 years of experience in industrial or B2B field sales preferred
• Freshers with strong interest in technical sales may also apply

Skills & Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
• Willingness to travel extensively within the Pune region
• Ability to understand industrial products and customer requirements
• Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach
