Field Sales Executive

PhonePe Field Executive – Roles & Responsibilities1. Merchant Onboarding

• Visit shops, small businesses, and vendors in assigned areas
• Explain PhonePe services (QR code, UPI payments, Soundbox, etc.)
• Register new merchants and activate PhonePe QR codes

2. Field Sales & Promotion

• Promote PhonePe digital payment solutions
• Convince merchants to use PhonePe regularly
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets

3. Customer Support

• Assist merchants with app installation and setup
• Solve basic transaction or QR-related issues
• Guide merchants on offers, cashback, and usage

4. Relationship Management

• Maintain good relationships with existing merchants
• Ensure active usage of PhonePe services
• Collect feedback from merchants

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Update daily visit reports using the PhonePe app/system
• Verify merchant documents (KYC process)
• Submit work status to team leaders

6. Market Coverage

• Cover assigned beats/areas regularly
• Identify new business opportunities
• Monitor competitor activities (Google Pay, Paytm, etc.)
• Skills RequiredBasic smartphone knowledge
