Field Sales Executive

Job Summary

To actively engage with potential customers, understand their vehicle needs, guide them through the selection and purchase process, and ensure a positive experience, ultimately driving sales and customer loyalty for the dealership.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Greet and welcome customers, build rapport, and identify their needs through effective questioning.

Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of current vehicle models, features, specifications, warranties, and competitor offerings.

Vehicle Presentation: Showcase vehicles, conduct compelling product demonstrations, and facilitate test drives.

Sales Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, trade-in values, and financing options to close deals effectively.

Deal Closure: Complete all sales paperwork accurately and efficiently, coordinating with the finance department for financing and ownership.

Customer Follow-Up: Implement a system for post-sale follow-up to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and generate referrals.

Lead Management: Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects, utilizing CRM tools and generating leads.

Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales managers, finance teams, and marketing to achieve overall dealership goals.
