Field Sales Executive

Position OverviewWe are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to promote and sell solar systems to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, explaining solar solutions, and closing sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customer locations to promote solar systems.
• Generate leads through field visits, references, and local marketing.
• Explain solar products, benefits, and cost savings to customers.
• Conduct site visits and collect basic project information.
• Coordinate with the technical team for system design and quotation.
• Follow up with customers and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain a daily sales visit report and update CRM/Excel.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.
• Build good relationships with customers, builders, and local businesses.
• Eligibility Minimum Graduate
• Experience in sales, marketing, or solar industry preferred
• Basic knowledge of solar systems is an advantage
• Skills RequiredGood communication skills (Hindi / Marathi / Basic English)
• Confidence in meeting new customers
• Basic understanding of sales and negotiation
• Ability to work in field and travel locally
