Job Description

  • Job Title: Field Sales Executive
  • Industry: Sales / Marketing
  • Location: As per assigned territory
  • Experience: 0–4 years (Freshers can apply)
  • Job Responsibilities:Visit assigned locations to generate new business leads
  • Promote and sell company products/services to customers
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly
  • Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the team
  • Ensure timely collection of payments (if applicable)
  • Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment
  • Key Skills & Requirements:Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Convincing and persuasion ability
  • Willingness to work in the field
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / mobile apps
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)
  • Education:Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
