Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Lubricants & Auto Parts


Location: Pune

Industry: Automotive / Industrial Supplies

Experience Required: 1–10 years (preferred in lubricants, auto parts, or industrial sales)



Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell lubricants and auto parts to garages, workshops, fleet operators, and manufacturing industries. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with garages, automobile workshops, fleet owners, and manufacturing units.
  • Promote and sell company products including lubricants, engine oils, greases, and auto parts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct regular field visits and market surveys to identify potential clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide product demonstrations and explain technical specifications to customers.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
  • Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM/management regularly.



Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Diploma (preferably in Sales, Marketing, Mechanical, or related field).
  • Proven experience in field sales (automotive or industrial products preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of lubricants, engine oils, auto parts, or industrial consumables.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Must have a valid driving license and own two-wheeler (preferred).
