Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and well-spoken Field Sales Executives to be stationed at builders’ project sites to handle inquiries related to interior design services. Your job is to represent our brand, interact with potential customers visiting the site, collect leads, and convert them into appointments for our design consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sit full-time at the assigned builder project site.
• Greet and engage with prospective homebuyers.
• Explain our interior solutions and benefits.
• Collect and qualify leads.
• Follow up with leads and schedule meetings.
• Coordinate with the internal sales/design team.

Requirements:

• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Basic knowledge of interiors or willingness to learn.
• Prior experience in field sales or customer service is preferred.

Salary: Fixed + Conveyance

Working Days: 6 days a week (Flexible weekly off)

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
