Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Location: Pune Region

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives

Job Overview:We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to promote and sell solar products, including solar panels. The company will provide leads, and the candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customer locations based on company-provided leads
• Explain solar products and solutions to customers
• Conduct site surveys and assess customer requirements
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
• Maintain records of visits, leads, and sales updates
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth execution

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel within the Pune region
• Basic understanding of sales (solar knowledge is a plus)
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred
