Role SummaryThe Cluster Manager – Field Sales will be responsible for driving sales performance across the assigned cluster/region by managing field sales teams, building strong relationships with educational institutions, and ensuring achievement of sales targets for Kreedo’s products and services.
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to promote Kreedo’s products and services within the assigned cluster/region.
- Drive sales growth by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage, guide, and mentor a team of field sales executives to ensure individual and team performance goals are met.
- Identify new sales opportunities through market research, prospecting, and engagement with key decision-makers in schools and educational institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to coach, support, and enhance sales team capabilities.
- Plan and execute sales campaigns, promotions, and field events to improve product visibility and generate leads.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to keep Kreedo’s offerings competitive.
- Handle and resolve client concerns or escalations promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Key Skills RequiredStrong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Experience in field sales, preferably in the education or EdTech sector
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned cluster
