About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting potential clients, presenting product demos, and driving sales for our CRM software and IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients through field visits and cold calling

• Conduct demos and presentations of CRM solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
• Collect and report market intelligence and feedback
• Coordinate with the internal team for follow-ups and lead closures
• Maintain proper documentation and update CRM on daily activities

Requirements:

Minimum 0-3 year of experience in IT / B2B / software field sales

• Good communication and presentation skills
• Must be comfortable with field work in and around Pune
• Own two-wheeler and smartphone preferred
• Basic understanding of CRM software and sales funnels is a plus
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented
