Field Sales Executive (FMCG)Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to manage on-ground sales activities for our FMCG products. The candidate will be responsible for visiting retail outlets, building strong relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring product visibility in the market.

• Key Responsibilities:Visit retail shops, distributors, wholesalers, and supermarkets daily to promote and sell FMCG products.
• Identify new potential customers and expand the existing client base.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper display in retail outlets.
• Execute sales strategies, schemes, and promotions in the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets.
• Collect market feedback, competitor activities, pricing trends, and consumer insights.
• Maintain accurate sales records, daily reports, and route plans.
• Build strong relationships with retailers and distributors to improve product penetration.
• Handle order booking, billing coordination, and timely delivery follow-ups.
• Work closely with the sales manager to implement business development plans.
