Field Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Field Executive to promote and sell solar rooftop and solar energy solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. The role involves field visits, lead generation, site surveys, and closing sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Key Responsibilities Identify and generate leads through field visits, references, cold calling, and local marketing
• Visit residential, commercial, and industrial clients to explain solar products and benefits
• Conduct basic site surveys and collect technical details (roof area, electricity bill, load)
• Prepare and present solar system proposals and quotations
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with the technical and installation team for project execution
• Educate customers about government subsidies, net metering, and financing options
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales reports
• Attend local events, society meetings, and awareness programs
• Ensure excellent after-sales support and customer satisfaction
