We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to drive business growth in the construction scaffolding sector. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting scaffolding solutions to contractors, developers, and construction companies.

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams in the construction industry
• Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements and offer suitable scaffolding solutions
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and field visits
• Prepare and deliver presentations and quotations tailored to client needs
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of service
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and setup of scaffolding systems
• Stay up to date on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry regulations
• Provide feedback to management on customer needs and service improvements
• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the construction or scaffolding industry
• Strong understanding of scaffolding types, safety standards, and site requirements
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in construction management or business is a plus)
• Primarily field-based with frequent travel to construction sites and client offices
• May involve walking on uneven surfaces and wearing PPE on site visits
